REGISTRATION INFORMATION

ONLINE COURSES

For ALL online courses, we use Zoom as the teaching platform. All Zoom links, digital downloads, and course materials will be emailed to students during the last week before the course begins. Please follow all instructions carefully for the digital downloads and report any issues immediately by emailing info@iacrt.com.

We use instructors from various states, so please check the class times for your time zone. If you are not present and participating for the full “contact time” specified by the ICISF for each course, you fail to meet the requirements to earn your certificate.

Please check your computer video and audio settings before the course begins and be online promptly at the time given in the course registration information so that we can ensure that your digital student manuals download correctly and that your Zoom links, camera, and sound are working. Cameras must be always on during the entire course to ensure full student participation.

IN-PERSON COURSES

Registration for In-Person Courses closes one month before the course begins to allow for plenty of time to order and ship all printed student manuals and course materials. Please arrive on time, to allow for check-in at the door, and to obtain your student manuals and any necessary handouts.

Course prices shown here are estimates only and are subject to change based on the nature of the requests we receive.

Each request for courses is priced on a case-by-case basis.

1-day courses:
Registration Price = $160.00
Late Registration Price = $220.00

2-day courses:
Registration Price = $290.00
Late Registration Price = $340.00

3-day courses:
Registration Price = $395.00
Late Registration Price = $455.00

Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel a course which was previously registered and paid for, you must email your cancellation notice to bookings@iacrt.com as soon as possible. All cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the course date will receive a full refund or a full credit for a future class of equal or lesser value with the Company. All cancellations made less than thirty (30) days but more than seven (7) days prior to the course date will receive full credit for a future class of equal or lesser value with the Company, or a partial refund, of 75% of all course costs. All cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the course date, and all no-shows, will not receive a refund or any course credit, and where applicable, will be liable for any non-refundable expenses the Company has already paid for as deemed necessary to provide the course as requested by the client. Such expenses may include but are not limited to all non-refundable travel expenses, accommodation costs, and course material costs incurred by the Company for the client’s training needs.

**PLEASE NOTE: Any student who needs to cancel at the last minute due to a dire personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible before the scheduled class, by email at bookings@iacrt.com and write URGENT in the subject line.

Class Cancellation or Rescheduling by The Academy
The Academy may need to cancel or reschedule a class in an emergency or hardship involving an instructor or severe weather. Registered students will have the option to receive a full refund or a credit for a future class at The Academy.

NOTE: The Academy is committed to providing dependable, quality training and instruction! Since 2008, The Academy has only canceled and rescheduled 10 out of approximately 850 classes due to severe weather or an instructor family emergency.

Meals During Classes
All meals are on your own unless otherwise stated in the course registration information. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
